Did you remember to change your clocks? 

We have an exciting week at Stapleton. We will be hosting incoming Kindergarten tours on Tuesday at 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM. It is also Harry Potter week which ends with Bingo on Friday evening. We hope you can join us for the event.

March Character Trait: Confidence

Administrators and support staff will continue to visit classrooms throughout the month of March to read a book and discuss confidence.


STEM Night

We had another successful STEM Night. Students engaged in slime making, spiral art, cup stacking, and dry ice to name a few of the activities. Thank you for all who were able to attend, participate or volunteer.











5th Grade Only

Attention 5th Grade Families of Multilingual Learners: Massachusetts Awards Biliteracy Achievement with Language Opportunity Coalition Awards.

Stapleton is home to a rich array of multilingual learners, and we encourage our students to take advantage of every opportunity to have their skills recognized and advanced. Each year Biliteracy Awards are available for students in Grades 5, 8 and 12 and recognize language skills in English and at least one other language. See this presentation to learn more about your student's eligibility. If you would like your student to access this opportunity you can register them free of charge at this link: Register

5th Grade Puberty Meeting with Ms. Kinsella

Ms. Kinsella, the 5th grade health teacher for all FPS elementary schools is hosting the annual 5th Grade Puberty Meeting. This is a great opportunity for you to see what your children will be learning as part of the upcoming 5th grade health lessons on Puberty. This ‘Adult Only’ event takes place on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 7pm - 8:30pm at McCarthy Elementary School Cafetorium. Live Spanish and Portuguese Interpretation will be available (headsets)

Cameron Middle School Presentation

All current 5th grade students and families from Potter Road, Harmony Grove and Stapleton are invited to Cameron Middle School on April 3, 2025 6:00- 7:00 pm for a presentation and tour!

During the presentation you will learn all about the grade 6 curriculum, schedule, staff and after school programs. You will then take a tour of the school led by some of our amazing current grade 6 students. We will have interpreters available for the presentation.

We hope you can join us on April 3!

Call between 4:00 P. M. and 8:30 A.M. if your child is to be absent OR tardy. Please leave a message.

Late students must report directly to the office upon arrival.

4th Grade's got Talent

4th grade held a talent show as an end of unit celebration of learning! In Module 5, they have been exploring the question: How far can your talents take you?

Students did a wonderful job at showing their talents and being respectful audience members.






Art Show

On March 5th there was a district wide Art Show at the Framingham Public Library. Fifteen of our Stapleton Artists participated.






Student Cell Phone Use

Students are not allowed to use their cell phones during the school day. Students who are found to be using their phones will be asked to put it away. If this becomes persistent we will hold it in the office until end of day and let caregivers know. Thank you for for your assistance with this.

Carpool to School - We have partnered with GoTogether provides another option to get your student to school. This service is an online transportation matching platform that allows families to connect and set up rides or walks to school.
